Refunds
Unspent credits can be refunded within 14 days of a purchase.
Within 14 days of a purchase you can ask for a refund of the credits from it you have not spent. Credits already spent are not refundable. A refunded purchase’s remaining credits are removed from your balance.
Write to team@getmegabrain.com with the email of your account and the order. Money added to the API balance follows the same 14-day rule.
