Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases on RenderHour, a service operated by Vasily Lukin. Orders are processed by our payment partner, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every order: it charges you, collects any sales tax or VAT, appears on your card statement and makes refunds.
1. Failed generations
If a generation fails, or a model refuses it, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
2. Plans and credit packs
Within 14 days of a purchase you can ask for a refund of the credits from that purchase you have not spent. Credits already spent on generations are not refundable. When a purchase is refunded, its remaining credits are removed from your balance.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. The plan and its credits stay until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. A renewal can be refunded under section 2 if you ask within 14 days of it.
4. API balance
Money added to the API balance can be refunded within 14 days of the top-up, for the part you have not spent.
5. How to ask
Write to team@getmegabrain.com from the email address of your account and give the order number from your receipt, or reply to the receipt itself. Refunds are made by our payment partner to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Your rights
This policy does not limit any right to a refund you have under the law of your country.
