Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These rules apply to everything you make or upload on RenderHour, whether through the site, the API, the MCP server or the agent. They are part of our Terms of Service. RenderHour is operated by Vasily Lukin.
1. What is not allowed
Sexual content of any kind, including nudity made to arouse. Anything sexual involving a minor is reported to the authorities.
Deepfakes and face swaps: realistic images, video or audio that show a real person doing or saying something they did not.
Using a real person’s face, body or voice without their permission, and impersonating anyone, including public figures and brands.
Voice cloning. RenderHour does not offer voice conversion, and its speech models may not be used to imitate a real person’s voice.
Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights, including uploading images you have no right to use.
Illegal content, including anything that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, exploits children, or helps sell illegal goods.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, and content that encourages self-harm.
Content made to deceive: fabricated news or evidence, election manipulation, fraud, scams and spam. Do not present AI-made images, video or audio of real people or events as genuine.
Attempts to get around our limits, prices or safety checks, or to disrupt the service.
2. Photos of people
Upload a photo of a person only if you are that person or have their permission. Effects animate the photo you give; they do not swap faces. Do not use them to put a real person in a scene that could embarrass them, mislead others about them or harm them.
3. How the rules are enforced
Every prompt and uploaded image is checked automatically before anything is made, and requests with sexual content are refused. The model providers run their own safety filters on top of ours. A refused request is not charged.
We look at every report and remove content that breaks these rules. We may refuse requests and suspend or close accounts that break them, and we cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it.
4. Reporting
To report content made with RenderHour, write to team@getmegabrain.com with a link to it or a description. If the content shows you, say so and we will deal with it first.
